✅ Eligible Returns:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Returns are only accepted with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Used grooming products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Live animals or pets

🔁 Exchanges:

  • Exchanges allowed for damaged or defective items.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue.

💸 Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
